Some of you may want to give a go at making music but now you wonder what DAW (digital audio workstation) to use?

Personally I use Propellerhead Reason. Why? Because this is the one I am most comfortable with and used to. And really this is what it comes down to. Most music software today are equally capable of producing any kind of music. Just depends on what you feel like really.
One thing I would recommend you to look at before choosing is to consider how heavily you are looking to invest because some of the more top end programs can be expensive. Also figure out how committed you are in the sense of preparing yourself for the learning curve. Some programs will be more complex and take much longer to learn than others.
