It’s a shame that many young people get sucked into these perpetual cycles of violence due to inefficient and lackluster systems of governance. So much of the potential of young people gets wasted just because authorities have no interest in this matter. It is a detriment to all of us, we should find ways to encourage and not neglect people who have a history with the law.
