This short trip was also part of a work deployment for 2 weeks at the beginning of Summer to Ukraine, Kiev.
Never been before and only read about the place in history books and news stories. I had my presumptions of how it would be and to be honest I was very curious as to what the trip was going to bring.
Well, I enjoyed every bit of of it. Kiev (which was the only part of Ukraine I saw) was absolutely stunning. Both the people, city and the environment. Current, clean, welcoming, interesting and with a kind soul. I could compare it to Belgrade on steroids as it is a lot bigger and has more tempo.
I will definitely visit again and would not mind living there!
Below are some random pictures I took over the 2 weeks there. I have another set following this one.
