Whenever I am in Kenya I must visit a place only know as “The Ranch”. This magical place has provided me and my closest friends with many wild adventures and experiences.
Located close to Nairobi in a serene Savannah like wilderness, it is the perfect escape from the intense concrete city jungle. What makes it more magical is that it is almost next to a National Park and is owned by one of our friends, which means that there are a lot of wild animals without any tourists.
The Ranch holds many secrets and a peculiar history, of which remnants can be found scattered all over. For example one of the Indian Jones productions was filmed here, one can find old props such as cars and motorbikes. It inspired the movie Duma, an X-Factor episode was filmed there etc.
