Real people = Real consequences. What’s the Harm? (Website)

“What’s the harm”. This question seems harmless in itself. I am sure many of you have either heard someone say this or you yourself have uttered these words in relation to some issue.

Although the question itself seems harmless enough, the implications of such an approach to a certain issue can be detrimental.

This question is often generated by people who approach problems, issues or topics with a lack of wanting to find out the facts or truths about the issue at hand.

This results in the seemingly harmless question and action which follows it. Consequences are often not considered.

This is seen as one of those (many) cognitive flaws which we as humans suffer from.

The Website below shows some of the nastier implications of posing such a question and acting on it.

Very interesting stuff, I highly recommend you to take a look.

Enjoy.
